Shipping within Australia
Pease note that deliveries are dispatched from the farm every Thusday, so if you order on a Friday, there will be an initial wait of 4 working days before we process it. If you have a pressing need for your order to arrive sooner, please email or ring us (08 8522 6450) and we will do our best to process your order sooner. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery of your order.
We use Australia Post for our deliveries, however for larger orders we may use a courier service.
Wine is packed in Australia Post's special wine boxes which are designed to absorb shocks, ensuring that your wine arrives intact and ready for drinking. As liquor will not be delivered to unattended premises if you are not available when delivery is attempted, a card will be placed in your letterbox and the wine will be kept at your local post office where it will be kept safe and sound until you are able to collect it (it will be held for a maximum of 14 days).
You must be at least 18 years old to order and receive wine. At time of delivery someone 18 years or older must be present during normal business hours to sign for the package. If it is not likely that someone over 18 will be at home during working hours to sign for your package, we recommend having your order shipped to your business address to ensure fast, interruption-free delivery.
Should your package arrive in any condition less than satisfactory, please email or ring us (08 8522 6450) and we will address the situation on a case by case basis. See our Refunds section for more information.
Deliveries cannot be split, they will be sent to only one postal address.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated during the checkout process. You will see these costs before any credit card details are asked for. While we make every effort within reason to ensure that this calculation is accurate, under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs. Under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order.
Refunds & returns
We sell only products that we think are fabulous and we hope you love them too. If your purchase is not to your satisfaction, we ask that you email or ring us as soon as practicable and we will address the situation on a case by case basis.
If an item purchased from The Food Forest:
- has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from a sample or the description
- doesnt do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cant be easily adjusted to get it working smoothly
we will replace the item (including freight) or refund the price paid.
We may require that you return a faulty item to us for inspection.
Please keep your proof of purchase (e.g. your receipt) as we may need to see it.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges if you change you mind or order the wrong item.
