The Food Forest

7.12.2011 | Tremendous welcome for local movie

The film ‘Design for Life’ received a massive welcome at its world premiere at the Gawler Cinema last week and extremely positive reviews in state and national press. The big crowd attending the gala event spilled out of the main theatre and into the second theatre as over 220 people packed in to support the event and the local environmental and community groups benefiting from the proceeds.

For British director/producer Sam Collins it was a magic moment when the audience erupted into applause, climaxing twelve months of painstaking work with environmental designers Graham and Annemarie Brookman to make ‘A must-see film’ according to Indaily
